FESTIVAL TIME AGAIN IN REGENT STREET On 7th September 2003 the Regent Street Association will be holding the fourth Annual Regent Street Festival from 12noon until 8pm. Regent Street will be closed to traffic for the whole day. It is anticipated in excess of 120,000 visitors will attend this event which will provide a shopping and eating experience for the entire family together with fun fair activities, street entertainers and a great line up of musical entertainment performing live on stage. Entry to the Regent Street Festival is free. Programmes giving full details and times of events and happenings are available free of charge on the day.
